WE WORK CONSTRUCTIONExperience & Precision
We are leaders in industrial and commercial construction, bringing over a decade of experience and a skilled workforce to every project.
We Work Construction is an industrial and commercial contracting company based in Pune, Maharashtra, delivering civil, structural and MEP execution for factories, industrial plants and commercial facilities across India. Founded by Pravin Sopan Dhokare, the company has spent over a decade building the physical and mechanical backbone of client operations — from RCC structural work through to the electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting and plumbing systems that keep a facility running.
Our teams work as execution partners to industrial plant owners, developers and facility operators who need a single contractor accountable for both the building and the systems inside it. That includes structural concrete work, chiller and cooling tower installation, DG set commissioning, fire-fighting networks, electrical infrastructure and interior fit-outs, coordinated on one schedule instead of handed between separate vendors.
Ten years, 45+ completed projects and over 6 million square feet delivered later, We Work Construction remains a site-first company: every project is run by engineers who spend their time on site, not in a back office.

PPE compliance isn't a poster in the office
Every worker on a We Work Construction site goes through a safety induction before their first shift — hard hats, high-visibility vests, harnesses at height and steel-toe footwear are non-negotiable. Toolbox talks run daily, and PPE compliance is checked at every access point.
- Mandatory site induction for every worker and subcontractor
- Daily toolbox talks before shift start
- Helmets, harnesses and hi-vis enforced at every access point
